Any item/product (s) purchased by a customer can only be returned within fifteen (15) days of such purchase. If any products are returned after a period of 15 days, such shall not be accepted and no refunds will be paid regarding same. However, some products/items cannot be returned and the sale shall be the final sale and any returns shall not be accepted. (Eg: undergarments, lingerie, etc). The products shown on the website can slightly vary from the actual product.
We will also not be able to accept the return if the item/product
1. is used/worn or altered
2. exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
3. is returned without original packaging and accessories
4. contains a serial number which is tampered.
5. If itās a discounted item.
