We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka and ship worldwide.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 working day after confirmation.

If your selected item is stocked at another NILS branch, an internal transfer may be required before dispatch. In such cases, dispatch may take up to 3 working days.

You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

2. Sri Lanka Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Colombo & Suburbs: 1–3 working days
• Other Areas: 2–5 working days

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Standard international orders are dispatched via EMS Postal Service, offering a reliable and cost-effective shipping solution.

Estimated delivery time:
• 7–14 working days (subject to destination country)

If faster delivery is required, express courier services can be arranged upon request. Additional charges will apply.

4. Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their respective countries.

5. Delivery Delays

NILS is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier service disruptions
• Customs clearance procedures
• Natural events or unforeseen circumstances
