EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At NILS, we are committed to delivering pieces that meet our standards — and yours.

If your purchase is not suitable, we are happy to assist within the terms outlined below.


1. Exchange Eligibility

Items may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

To qualify:

• The item must be unworn and unused
• All original tags must remain attached
• The item must be returned in original condition
• The original invoice must be provided

NILS reserves the right to decline exchanges that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Earrings
• Innerwear
• Sale or promotional items
• Items marked as Final Sale


3. Refund Policy

NILS does not offer cash refunds.

Approved returns will be issued as:

• Store credit, or
• Exchange for another product of equal or higher value


4. Online Orders

For online purchases:

• Customers must contact us prior to returning items
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
• Re-dispatch courier charges apply

If an item is confirmed to be defective, NILS will arrange an appropriate resolution.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photographs.

Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
