  • Since we fulfill orders from multiple store locations, slight delays may occur if items need to be transferred between branches.

2. Delivery Within Sri Lanka

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 working days after dispatch
  • Delivery Fee: Calculated at checkout based on location
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for selected locations

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

3. International Shipping

  • We offer international delivery via EMS (Express Mail Service).
  • Delivery Time: 7–14 working days (may vary by destination)
  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

7. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability across branches. You will not be charged extra for this.
